Refund policy
Please note: All printed products are made especially for you according to your specifications. Therefore, these products cannot be returned or exchanged (see Right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts). If something is not as you imagined, please do not hesitate to contact us. Together we will surely find a solution.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an e-mail).
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of withdrawal
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality. For vouchers: You only have to pay for any loss in value of the voucher if this loss in value is due to partial or complete redemption of the voucher.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
Returning damaged goods: We will do everything we can to send your Gamperint in perfect condition. However, if your goods arrive damaged, please contact our customer service immediately by sending an email to hello@fullcourt.club. We will process your request as quickly as possible and find a solution.
Return procedure for damaged goods:
Please contact our customer service hello@fullcourt.club within 7 days of receiving your order and describe the nature of the damage. Please include photos to document the damage.
Our customer service will review your request and issue a return authorization within 2 business days if the damage is confirmed.

Make sure that the goods are securely packed to prevent further damage during transportation. You can choose the shipping service provider yourself. You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Once we have received and inspected your damaged goods, we will either issue a replacement or a refund.
